Experience the adventure of sailing aboard a tall ship!<\/h2>\n\n\n

On board our tall ship, seamanship is practised and cultivated on a daily basis. To keep traditional seamanship alive, we make it easier for teenagers and young adults to access sail training on board the Eye of the Wind. As a voyage participant aged between 16 and 25<\/strong>, you can sail with us at half the regular price<\/strong> on request<\/a>. Of course, as a crew member in this age group, the same principle applies to you as to all other guests on board: your active participation<\/strong> in the daily routine on board and in sailing operations is always voluntary<\/strong>. You are not obliged to help out, especially strenuous activities such as climbing in the rigging are always carried out under the guidance of the regular crew<\/a> and taking into account your physical abilities, your current state of health and your daily form!<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

At sea, you learn a lot about your strengths and weaknesses. A sailing trip <\/strong>is an extraordinary adventure

Our international crew consists of trained sailors aged between approximately 20 and 40. The atmosphere on board is relaxed and friendly, and teamwork is not just a word here. Young people under the age of 18<\/strong> can only take part in a sailing trip if accompanied by a parent or guardian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Would you like to participate in more than just a single trip<\/strong> and stay on board for a longer period<\/strong> of approximately 1.5 to 3 months? Then apply to be a trainee<\/a><\/strong> and support the regular crew in all activities related to sailing, manoeuvring and maintaining the ship<\/strong>.\n

\nIf there is high demand for trainee positions, there is also the option of sailing as an additional (paying) trainee<\/strong> \u2013 in this case, you only pay a small daily rate for your meals, but not the usual travel price.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
