Conditions of participation

1. the organiser of this competition is FORUM train & sail GmbH.

2 Participation is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services. By participating in the competition, the user accepts these conditions of participation.

3. persons worldwide who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation are eligible to participate. Employees of FORUM train & sail GmbH or its subsidiaries and other persons involved in the conception and realisation of this competition are excluded from participation. The participant in the competition is the person who is assigned the e-mail address provided when registering for the competition.

4. only the prizes described in detail in the competition will be awarded. Prizes will only be awarded to participants who have personally filled in all the entry fields required for participation in the competition completely, comprehensibly and correctly.

5 The winner of a prize will be notified promptly using the additional information provided during registration. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that his/her name may be used by FORUM train & sail GmbH and its affiliated companies for advertising purposes without remuneration.

6. the formalities for handing over the main prize will be clarified individually with the winner. The winner is responsible for travelling to and from the event as well as any additional travel, catering, accommodation and insurance costs.

7. cash payment of prizes or exchange of prizes is not possible. The prizes are non-transferable. The winner accepts any necessary changes to the prize due to other factors beyond the control of the companies involved in the competition.

8. the decisions of FORUM train & sail GmbH are final. Enquiries in this regard cannot be answered. FORUM train & sail GmbH reserves the right to suspend the competition in whole or in part if any difficulties arise that jeopardise the integrity of the competition.

9 FORUM train & sail GmbH also reserves the right to change these conditions of participation - even without prior notice.

10. any liability for damages on the part of FORUM train & sail GmbH and its organs, employees and vicarious agents arising from or in connection with the competition, regardless of the legal grounds, is limited, as far as legally permissible, to cases of intent or gross negligence.

11 The information provided by participants in this competition may be stored and used by FORUM train & sail GmbH for the purpose of advertising its own products. It will not be passed on to third parties. You can revoke your consent to the use of your personal data at any time by sending an e-mail to info@eyeofthewind.net.

12 Legal recourse is excluded.
