Through the Strait of Sicily to Malta

The Strait of Sicily between Italy and Tunisia links the western and the eastern Mediterranean. The starting point of this one-week trip is Cagliari, the capital of the "sun island" Sardinia. The destination is Valletta on the island of Malta.

Interesting stops with landings are possible on the Egadi Islands off the west coast of Sicily or around Malta and the small neighboring islands of Gozo and Comino.
