Your tasks
In this position, you will be responsible for preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner for a maximum of 12 guests and the regular crew of around 10 people on board, as well as for provisioning and advance planning. In a rotation system of approx. 2.5 to 3 months, you will alternate with the second ship's cook.
Your requirements / your profile
You have a valid STCW Basic Safety Certificate of Competency and a seaman's logbook. You act independently, responsibly, service-orientated and in a friendly manner. You also have good organisational skills and the necessary physical requirements to work as a cook on a seagoing vessel. Previous professional experience in the charter business is desirable.
Good English language skills are required for communication with staff and guests.
