An impressive fleet of ships forms the Arrival parade for the big harbour festival. The spectrum ranges from small Elbe fishing boats to huge ocean cruisers. After casting off in the Port of Hamburg we first sail downstream, past the Oevelgönne museum harbour, the Hamburg villa suburb of Blankenese and the green banks of the Elbe. We then join the large convoy. Accompanied by thousands of onlookers on both banks of the Elbe, Hamburg welcomes all guest ships at the St. Pauli Landungsbrücken, which will be paying tribute to the Hanseatic city. for the harbour birthday do the honours. After the parade formation breaks up, the Eye of the Wind the assigned berth. Together with other traditional sailing boats, it offers an unusual photo opportunity in a great harbour setting.

Notes on the itinerary

To take part in the parade formation, it is necessary to be on board at the specified time so that the ship can depart without delay. Please expect increased traffic and visitor numbers when travelling to Hamburg and therefore allow sufficient time before checking in.
