About the content of the book:
Cosima has inherited the old tall ship Sea Starfrom her beloved grandfather. The ship has been in the family for decades. Although the debts are pressing, she doesn't want to sell the ship under any circumstances, especially not to some rich, over-the-top bimbo who has no idea about real values.
Richard is a lawyer, but he is most successful because of his influential mother, who runs a renowned auction house in Munich. The self-centred woman has set her mind on acquiring a very specific sailing ship. The only catch is that the owner doesn't want to sell it under any circumstances. She promptly sends her son on a sailing trip with the task of persuading Cosima Winter to sell it by any means necessary, whatever the cost.
But the Sea Star is a very special ship indeed – and Richard has to decide where his priorities lie.
The author writes about the creation of the book:
This is a fictional story. Any resemblance to actual living persons is purely coincidental. What does exist, however, is the brig on which the story is set. The Sea Star is actually called Eye of the Wind and is indeed one of the most magnificent and beautiful ships still sailing the world's oceans today.
As soon as I saw the Eye of the Wind for the first time, I knew that I really wanted to write a book about it.
I would like to thank FORUM train & sail GmbH for allowing me to use the photo of the ship and its description in my novel. of the team . Sea Star.
