In the summer, we welcomed a production team from the German TV channel ProSieben on board the Eye of the Wind. In the programme format "Mission: Job Unknown" 24 celebrities take on a special challenge: they get a taste of a job and can prove that they have hidden talents.
Our two candidates also face demanding challenges during their training as deckhands (sailors) on the Baltic Sea.
The sailing celebrity duo consists of gymnast Fabian Hambüchen, bronze, silver and gold medallist at the Olympic Games, world champion and six-time European champion in his sport, and actor, comedian and voice actor Axel Stein, known from various German TV series and cinema films.
What kind of job awaits the celebrities that ProSieben sends on a journey in "Mission: Job Unknown"? Ghost hunters in Ireland. Sugar farmers in Cuba. Butlers in the Netherlands. Lifeguards in Mexico. In the travel show "Mission: Job Unknown"’ ProSieben sends 24 celebrities to 11 countries on a special mission: Working in teams of two, they have to take on a new job in their destination country and collect points. The special thing about it: they don't know what they're getting themselves into ... When they return home, the celebrity teams review their trip together and find out which duo has completed ‘Mission: Job Unknown’ most successfully and collected the most points.
Episode 6: Portugal vs. Denmark
Luna Schweiger and Jeanette Biedermann vs. Fabian Hambüchen and Axel Stein
"Please fold up the tables, put your seat in an upright position and fasten your seatbelts." Luna Schweiger and Jeanette Biedermann land as flight attendants in Portugal. The tone and the waves are much rougher for Fabian Hambüchen and Axel Stein, who sign on to a sailing ship in Denmark. Will the two celebrities prove themselves seaworthy or will they go for a swim?
